On the rebound!

Kristen Stewart, who was last spotted with video producer and then-girlfriend Alicia Cargile August 27, has started seeing alt rocker St. Vincent (née Annie Clark), a source confirms in the new issue of Us Weekly. Find out more in the video above, and detailed below!

The actress, 26, brought the 34-year-old musician — newly single from a summer split with Cara Delevingne, her girlfriend of over a year — to the New York Film Festival screening of her latest film, Certain Women, October 3. “They spent almost every day together after that,” says the insider.

The next day, the pair, first spotted together at an L.A. comedy show August 30, grabbed lunch at sushi restaurant Soba-Ya and took an afternoon stroll through NYC’s East Village. Stewart attended St. Vincent’s October 9 concert in L.A. the following week.

“It’s been very romantic,” the source adds. “Kristen is always whispering closely in her ear and asking her opinion.”

The Café Society star opened up about her love life for the first time in Elle U.K.’s September issue, confirming her on-off relationship with Cargile. “Right now, I’m just really in love with my girlfriend,” Stewart told the publication at the time. “We’ve broken up a couple of times and gotten back together, and this time I was like, ‘Finally, I can feel again.’”

Stewart began seeing Stephanie “Soko” Sokolinski during one of those breaks, but Us Weekly exclusively confirmed that she and the French singer, 30, ended things in May, at which time the L.A. native reunited with Cargile.

Typically tight-lipped Stewart — previously linked to Twilight costar Robert Pattinson — admitted she became more willing to share details of her personal life when she started dating women. “I was like, ‘Actually, to hide this provides the implication that I’m not down with it or I’m ashamed of it,’ so I had to alter how I approached being in public,” she continued to the magazine. “It opened my life up and I’m so much happier.”

Stewart reaffirmed that attitude in Elle’s November issue. “Things have changed,” she revealed. “And not just with me — we’re really allowed to encourage this new acceptance and be awesome.”
