The Swedish mother is similarly dismissive of reports of her daughter's supposed involvement in Friday's crash, and suggestions that a heated argument led to Tiger's injuries. "This is gossip," she said.

Olmberg is grandmother to the couple's two children: Charlie, born in February of this year, and Sam Alexis, born in 2007.

As for supposed mistress, Rachel Uchitel, she denied any wrongdoing to Usmagazine.com, saying "I did not have an affair with Tiger Woods … I met him twice and have not heard from him since."
